The Facility
The facility has
ten, dorm-style cabins
with a total sleeping capacity of 160.
All cabins are air-conditioned and equipped with bunk
beds. Cabins 4, 5 and 6 have bathrooms. Guests using
other cabins may use the two restroom/bathhouses. Linens are not provided. A designated
tent area
is also available for group camping.
The facility is
available for group camping between the months of
September and April.
The facility also
includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining hall
with a seating capacity of 160 people and a
covered pavilion with picnic
tables. Groups renting the facility may choose to use
our meal plan or cook outside using their own cooking
equipment. The meal plan rates are $5 for breakfast, $6
for lunch and $12 for dinner. A reduced rate is given
for children. Call to receive those rates.
A campfire ring
is located on the island in the middle of the camp pond.
Rental rates include
the use of
canoes, fishing and swimming areas
as well as the archery range.
Policies and procedures for use of these areas are
provided with your confirmation packet. Groups must
provide their own certified personnel in order to use
these areas. (See camp director for specific
information.)
Groups may also
utilize the 1.2 mile
Hungryland Boardwalk and the 14
mile Florida Trail to explore our great diversity
of wild flora and fauna.

All
groups must provide proof of insurance covering on all
participants for their entire length of stay.

Providing
casual off-season conference and retreat accommodations
amidst the splendor of South Florida's vibrant watershed
ecosystem
Rental
includes access to the canoes, fishing and swimming
areas. Your group must furnish your own supplies and
certified supervision as per the use agreement.
The
covered pavilion is available for use by your group.
* Please
note: If your group is under 100 participants, you may
be scheduled with another group and must share the use
of these areas.
The
deposit secures your reservation and assures the
director your group has read the attached policies and
procedures and use agreement and agrees to follow them.
If your group leaves the facility with damages or not
clean, you forfeit the deposit. If the facility is left
clean and damage free, then the deposit will be mailed
back to you following the final inspection of the
facility.

greater, must be received within 30 days after
reservation is made. (Deposit is refunded if camp is

From I-95: Exit at Northlake Blvd. Go west to
Seminole Pratt Whitney Road. Turn right and go three
miles to J.W. Corbett Wildlife Management Area. Turn
left into area and follow signs.
From the Turnpike (South):
Exit at Okeechobee Blvd. and go west to Seminole Pratt
Whitney Road. Continue on Seminole Pratt Whitney past
Northlake Blvd. and go three miles to J.W. Corbett
Wildlife Management Area. Turn left into area and follow
signs.
From the Turnpike (North): Exit at PGA Blvd.
Go west to Hwy 710 (Beeline Hwy). Turn left and go to
Northlake Blvd. Turn right and go west to Seminole Pratt
Whitney Road. Turn right and go three miles to J.W.
Corbett Wildlife Management Area. Turn left into area
and follow signs.
From Hwy 80: Go east/or west depending on
your direction, to Seminole Pratt Whitney Road. (A big
red barn is on the corner.) Turn North (you cannot turn
any other direction). Continue on Seminole Pratt Whitney
past Northlake Blvd. and go three miles to J.W. Corbett
Wildlife Management Area. Turn left into area and follow
signs.
From Hwy 70: Go east to Hwy 710 (Beeline
Hwy). Go south on 710 about 60 miles to Northlake Blvd.
Turn right and go west to Seminole Pratt Whitney Road.
Turn right and go three miles to J.W. Corbett Wildlife
Management Area. Turn left into area and follow signs.
