We Are Changing Our
Footprint...
• On April 11, 2007, Pine Jog broke ground for the new
“green” environmental education center.
• The new center consists of 15,00 square feet to include
an exhibit hall, wet lab, classrooms, a gift shop, and catering kitchen.
• Sustainability and the importance of preservation of
our natural world will be demonstrated through the buildings.
• The buildings will be built to LEED (Leadership in
Energy and Envrionmental Design) Green Building Rating System created by the
US Green Building Council and will be rated “Gold”.
